Given the meta-crisis of our time, I remain optimistic. We can harmonize, but we must play an active part. The work starts within us all.
This realization brought me to soul-searching and world traveling with a focus on deep self-inquiry including mindfulness meditation, yoga, psychotherapeutic modalities, exploring psychedelics and altered states, healing with energy work and somatic practices.
